Position Summary:
The Financial Aid Office strives to provide students with the information and resources they need to achieve their post-secondary educational goals. We are committed to delivering high-quality service to students and their families, empowering them to make informed decisions about their education and future. By reducing financial barriers, we help open the door to meaningful and fulfilling career pathways.
Additional Requirement:
- Associate’s degree required with related experience.
- Minimum two years of customer service or student services experience.
- Ability to work respectfully and effectively in diverse, multicultural, and inclusive settings.
- Ability to thrive in a high-traffic, fast paced environment with frequent interruptions.
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in student services, interpreting and applying policies and regulations.
- Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information.
