Position Summary:
The Financial Aid Office strives to provide students with the information and resources they need to achieve their post-secondary educational goals. By reducing financial barriers, we help open the door to meaningful and fulfilling career pathways.
Additional Requirement:
- Associate’s degree required with related experience.
- Minimum two years of customer service or student services experience.
- Ability to work respectfully and effectively in diverse, multicultural, and inclusive settings.
- Ability to thrive in a high-traffic, fast paced environment with frequent interruptions.
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in student services, interpreting and applying policies and regulations.
- Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information.
