Part-Time Accountant for Extension and Extended Campus

Job Summary

Provide analysis, data entry, and processing support for the accounting team for Extension and Extended Campus.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process payment forms and vendor invoices in UT Share.
  • Assist in generating reports, budget tracking, & variance analysis.
  • Monthly reconciliation of cost Centers & Service Contract Cost Centers and assisting in system/process enhancements.
  • Enter requisitions into UT Share to create purchase orders.
  • Communicate with internal departments, respond to finance-related inquiries.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Proficient Excel skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience utilizing UT Share for accounting and financial activities.
  • Knowledge of UT Arlington policies and procedures related to financial processes and accounting practices.

  • Must be detail oriented.
