Job Summary Provides customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products, while maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. Contributes to the unit’s success by providing customer service to customers. Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Follows university and store operating policies and procedures 2. Provides quality beverages and food products according to standard recipes or customized by request 3. Engages with customers and responds to customer needs by delivering legendary customer service 4. Anticipates customer and store needs by evaluating environment and customers cues 5. Communicates information to manager 6. Assists with new employee training 7. Follows FIFO methods, health, safety, and sanitation guidelines 8. Maintains a clean and organized workspace Required Qualifications Educational RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent Required ExperienceOn-the-job training provided Preferred Qualifications Additional Preferred QualificationsServSafe certified Preferred Educational QualificationsAn undergraduate or advanced degree from an accredited institution of higher education in a related field Preferred ExperiencePrevious experience as a barista in a fast food establishmentProposed Salary The salary range for this position is $14.00 to $15.00 based on relevant experience.
